Disable spectating in Competitive

There is annoying noob in my friends list who keeps trying to spec my competitve games. I have tried invisible mode, switching to private profile and also offline mode. But it does not work. Do you guys know some console command to block any spectator?

Hes a good guy overall except this stalking in cs go. Any other option. I would delete but thats like last resort

Invisible/ offline mode actually does work.
