There is no official and safe way to "cash out" your in-game items.

So in short: If you get screwed, you're on your own. No support from Valve.

Thats not my question. I know how to cash out, I already have and I want to know how other people do it. Thanks for the concerns tho

Bumping old thread huh? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ has had updates since then. The sell fees have gone from 0% to 5% and the withdrawl fees are 2$ + 1.13$. The site is legit, you can withdraw with visa/mastercard. However, depending on the items you are selling, I may also recommend using the cs.deals marketplace, since most skins/knives sale fees are 1%, and withdrawl fee is 2%. I al pretty sure they only take bitcoin and skrill for the moment, unfortunately.
