ESEA - Pug leave?

So I got a Pug leave... but I'm not sure what for so wanted to know if someone could tell me. I didnt leave a pug so I was confused, the only two things which I could think of was when: a. when it found me a game, i pressed join but didnt connect me to the server and I got "slot expired" but I've been told that I dont get a pug leave for that (plus it was yesterday) and b. I queued for a pug but closed the esea luncher as I didnt want to play anymore.

anyone would know why?
