change dem. file to mp4 file

hi guys ... i downloaded one of my mathes in Cs:Go ... that file is dem. format .. i want to change to mp4 or avi or mkv fomat ... how can i do it ? help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ....

u can't.. dem files aren't video ones.. it's a string of actions to show using source engine

There's no way to convert .dem to .mp4. The ony way is using the recording program such as OBS to record demo files in-game.

You will have to use a frame grabber[obsproject.com] like Fraps to record a video of the demo. Note that it will not be as affective as a .dem file because when a demo is running, you can see the perspectives of all the players recorded in it.
