How to do the new deagle animation?

So I saw on yt people showing the new deagle animation but when I try I hit the old animation and randomly sometimes the new animation. Is there a consistent way to do the new animation?

Yes. Spam R F until you get that animation.

Happens when inspecting the deagle with a 10% chance. You don't need to press r. Switching to another weapon or wait until the other animation ended is enough.
