I cant see people name and picture in csgo.HELP what is happening?

I cant see people name and picture in csgo.

In deathmatch :-
No player picture but only BOT picture as the player picture

In comp:-
Player name as : CT - Green / Purple / Blue / Yellow / Orange
T- Enemy Green / .......
No picture was display.

But if i play with friends there name and picture but other player not.
Do anyone know why this is happening?

Ive done - Verify the files.

CS:GO > Settings > Game > Communications > Hide Avatar Images = SHOW ALL.
CS:GO > Settings > Game > Communications > Clean Player Names = NO.

Or open the scoreboard and in the right upper corner there's an icon disabling this option
