Looks like osome crosshair in your monitor OSD

Could be from your Monitor.
Some Monitors have the opportunity to show a crosshair.
If not from Monitor its probably from your cheat client

Open your Monitor Menue (Your Monitor should have a button to open Settings) and look for crosshair setting.
If you tell me your monitor model i may can provide you the manual for it.


Edit: Ok just read its a Laptop.
The crosshairin the Link Kokko provide looks exactly the same like yours, thats probably the solution for it!
