I have question. Can i get VAC BAN for use tap shooting macro in razer synapse, like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-U7_EDTT1o

Vac? No. Overwatch? Maybe.
The biggest issue here is clearly the moral that you think about cheating and the only thing which might stop you from doing that is the fear of a ban.

True, but I only speculated about it 'cause when It's undetected with VAC, other players can use it.

Yeah, the same thing is to be said about Auto Hotkey (for use in bunny hopping). While it's "undetectable to VAC", it creates such mechanical actions that any player that's seen it before will be able to spot when someone is using one of these external tools to play.

It's subtle but it's still technically a no-no.
