Try disabling fullscreen optimizations on csgo.exe. It did help me.

Then the sides of the screen are black stripes. Or the screen shrinks and pops up. This is not your solution.

strange thing is that there is no one who is experiencing this problem on google

You actually find it a lot on google. Commonly suggested solutions are disabling focus assist in windows 10 and deactivating officebackgroundtaskhandlerregistration/logon in task scheduler. Both didn't help me, whereas after disabling full screen optimizations it didn't occur any longer. It doesn't cause any of those issues you described either. ;)

Maybe I do not fully understand you. The setting you're talking about is exactly where it is made from within the game. Please send SS for me...Thank you. I want to get rid of this problem. :)

Go to your CSGO folder (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive), right click CSGO.exe, select properties, then go to the compatibility tab, check the box for disabling fullscreen optimizations.

Nothing is clicked in the place you mentioned. (nothing is selected)

in my options there is no "full screen optimization" setting

Yes, you have to select disable fullscreen optimizations.

PS: Here's a video for overwatch.exe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXTOuQ8bdLI

Oh sorry! i See now!!! Disable fullscreen improvements. Will I click on this? or remain empty ?
Fuerst Fux Sep 1, 2018 @ 3:46pm
Yeah, click it and see if it helps. If not, you can uncheck it again later.

I was having the same problem but I think I fixed it. I think it's a new steam bug that takes you out from the game. Go to settings > Account > Beta participation (change it to beta or NONE). If you change it, it will update your steam and your problem could get fixed. If you find any other solution let me know.

Already set to none :(

I deleted the game and uploaded it again. and formatted the computer but nothing worked out
