Why are cheating programs like Fanta and Skeet not detected?

Valve can literally buy them and analyze what the cheat program looks like to VAC. I am slightly angry because i've played 5 games in a row against people using fanta and one was using skeet. How can valve justify themselves? I've become so angry that I think im going to buy ESEA. GG. Valves MM is so bad that I need to spend just over 80 dollars a year to enjoy the game.

Your question is stupid, replies are stupid. Fanta has been detected on some VAC-waves, for an example Fanta & Gamesense (Skeet) are both invitation only cheats. So are NovolineHook, PenguWare etc. It makes the detection rate way less since Valve is not able to buy the cheat without invitation that could help Valve to try find more information. Most usual cheat detections for public cheats are automatic, for private cheats the reason is usually if somebody directly sends the file/files to Valve directly (usually the .dll files). That makes the detection easier. There's so many new cheats that people are releasing all the time, Valve isn't able to detect every single one instantly or some even in months because there's so much of work, not a single game company could do that at all. If you ever have browsed some cheating forums like Unknowncheats, MPGH, Pasters etc,- there's so many new releases shared all the time. Most of them are independent cheat developers that want's to improve their cheats and skills by asking opinions from others (for an example, uploading it as public version). Also about Pasters forum, there are some cheat sources/basecodes that are used to create own "c+p" (copy+paste) cheat from the original version and by changing some features and adding "junk code" (random code that often helps to create it more secure and make the detection rate less), is a common way to create "own" cheat versions with lower programming skill level.

You are totally clueless when you cannot write correct English and you probably couldn't even find correct offsets to create some features for cheats, and it's not called "cheat writing", it's called either "in-game cheat programming" or on CS:GO's case "CS:GO cheat programming/coding", there's so many information that we do not know as casual CS:GO players, information that only game developer(s) knows that isn't public for others. You cannot have 100% accurate information how some stuff works if it's not public.

Fanta is not an indago paste. The only time it was detected by VAC was when Surge said he was leaving the CSGO scene and sold his paste, since then hes been either reworking it or completely reprogramming it. Since then Fanta hasnt been detected, thats been like 2 or 3 years now, and it wont get VACCED, the way cheats stay undetected is have them run unique codes and make sure they dont get detected by the server, if you get detected on a server you will get an untrusted ban. Some cheats have an anti untrusted function, but the paid ones stay clear of those detected functions.

And the whole fanta is an indago paste, thats a meme. You cant find images or videos of fantas menus or almost anything on it online. Its a high priced invite only cheat, I think lifetime is $300 and its $20 monthly is what I heard. I had a build of it on my laptop I still use to play against bots. If you think its still a paste go watch deadpools video of him using fanta to take down a team of ragers using gamesense. If you've used indago you know everything about it is ass.

You are talking absolute nonsense. Of course people cheat on VAC servers and get away with it. People are always coming up with ways to bypass it.
