stop max out the game then, you don't need the fancy graphics for the game. Cs:go doesent look that good on maxed graphics lol

You need a gpu probably you won’t get great performance with a integrated gpu

You probably gonna get 40-60 fps at a lower resolution and medium settings

I am getting an average on 75 on low settings and 800x600 resolution in deathmatch,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Overall the game is very playable and i also had a rank up to gn2
Low settings aren't a problem as many pro players also play at low settings

The system requirements aren't really correct anymore and I think that Valve would update those at Early 2019 as Windows XP isn't being supported by the Steam Client anymore.
The CPU there is actually correct and you can play with the Core 2 Duo E6600 but forgot over 100FPS and etc.
2GB isn't enough at all anymore and the new requirement can sit at 4GB RAM nowadays
And the GPU isn't listed at all, But the GeForce 9600GT should be able to reach 60FPS on 1024x768@Low
