A decent monitor or PC glasses?

PS: You can change your monitors color settings as well.

I didn't read whole article and dunno if it's true but it may interest you "Individuals exposed to blue wavelength lights experienced faster reaction times". As far as I know: white/ blue light -> work, study, activity, dimm yellow light -> relax, rest, and before sleeping. For csgo I set blue at 100% in monitor settings, the rest about 90. It isn't doing big difference, but for me in-game screen is more clear in some places:steambored::steambored: goodnight

Blue light won't cause anything. The only problem is concentrating to the same point for long hours.

I use a program called f.lux. It reduces blue light on your entire pc which is pretty neat. You can also change at what time do the lights dim
