is skin changer legal?
hey guys i saw some videos on it on youtube
is it legal?
i can just check in the terms of service but im too sleepy to find it there

Do not use it, unless you want a VAC ban. Also, do not believe everything some Youtube video states.

Any external software that changes the files of the game will be banned by VAC. So yes. A skin changer is flagged by VAC

Modding in CSGO is allowed (as long as you don't mess it up too much) -- skinchargers are modifying the core files of the game, also they sometimes come with integrated cheats.
