How to see stats like k/d ratio in the new panoramic interface

More Stats on scoreboard

Click More Stats... in the scoreboard. If you mean your global stats, there are some sites that can show you your CS:GO stats, for example http://csgo-stats.com.

Kicking is in the "ESC menu". It's the ✔️. Blocking communications can be done by right clicking the player on scorecard

When you click on someone's profile through the scoreboard, you'll see a speaker icon. You can adjust their mic volume or mute them.

I personally look at accuracy and headshot accuracy. That's the stat that would intimidate me, but then again I never really look at stats in-game as I'm in the heat of a comp match aside from the scoreboard kills/deaths.
