Its because they have external anti cheats that scan all the files you run. Valve should implement the same type of AC.

i m not new i just have a smurf acc that i buy to get the global again but its hard to play vs hackers even on prime most of globals are hackers what can we do for this? i buy this acc becuse global matches are 60% hack games

Play with your main account and you will have better TF score and will dont see so many cheater.
