whenever i try to make an offline server with bots i get this error Server is enforcing consistency for this file: models/player/custom_player/legacy/tm_pheonix_variantD.mdl ive tried verifying gamefiles, reinstalling csgo, reinstalling steam. nothing helped

Uninstall game, browse local files, delete everything, reinstall game

go to here D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\models\player\custom_player\legacy

then delete the file.

then do these

1) right click on your CS:GO.

2) click properties

3) verify integrity of game files.

p.s do not follow what "azkat" mentions in his post as that is called clean reinstallation of CS:GO which is actually a "last resort".

p.s your steam folder is either in C: or D:.
