Why isnt the major final a Bo5?????

It just seems logical that the biggest prize in CSGO would be decided with a Bo5 not a Bo3.

But a Bo5 is just more insurance that you get the right winner, theres even less chance of someone pulling off a lucky win.

IEM Katowice was a Bo5 the major should be a Bo5 infact all big tounaments should be.

The major isnt even that long an extra 2 maps wont hurt infact it will just mean that people are less likely to get a lucky win.

I mean you get a few lucky rounds on the first map and manage to win it then you are just one map away, that just doesnt seem right, its simple the more maps you play the more the true skill gap shows between the teams.

Yeah, it would require more depth in tactics, a larger map pool and more consistency, rather then just getting lucky and having a star player go off in one map.

You would truly learn who is the best.
