csgo fatal error loading pixel shader

my game crashes right after i get in competetive doesnt matter which map.
it happened in few games and now im banned:( maybe its something with my wooden graphics amd radeon 1600 cuz i saw some people having this problem with my graphic card
please help me

if your hardware does not support the proper pixel shader you can't fix it.
has it worked in the past?

it did i play csgo for nearly 5 years it started after one update last year.
few days ago i got back in the game and after few games it crashed again
to be specific the message says "engine error",fatal error loading pixel shader customcharacter_ps30 (00000001)" so i guess theres problem in those new ct characters last year on mirage overpass etc

the store page say it needs pixel sharder 3 I think the 1600 has that.
but what 1600 card do you have exactly.
the mobile 1600 or an ati x1600?

and have you tried reinstalling your drivers?

well i just tried to upgrade to newest drivers but theres no more updates on that card

the card is from 2005 or 2006.
it could just be at the end of its life.

oh wait the name od graphic card is actually radeon x1650 series and that one doesnt support that maybe (i think its like 2009 card)

if it is 2009 it may be the x1600 mobility.
is it a laptop you are using?

just look at the back of the case and see if the monitor is plugged in to the motherboard where all your other plugs are.
or if it is in a slot under/next that.

its a dedicated video card.
I would try if modded drivers would work better after I cleaned that ♥♥♥♥.
