Steam Guard Isn't Asking Me To Confirm Market Listing

It has always asked me to confirm from steam app but today it just put up the listings without having to confirm. Is this normal?

Yeah. There was a recent change to reduce the amount of confirmations needed. Items usually sold below $1 do not need to be confirmed anymore.

"We shipped a change earlier today to reduce the number of cases confirmation is required to list an item on the market. Items that typically sell for under $1.00 USD will no longer require confirmation when the list price is reasonably within the median price, but confirmation will still be required once many of those cheaper items are listed."

Ah, lol, yeah sure. I apparently misunderstood him. I thought he meant his "expensive" skin for 50 cents. I thought my first post had made clear already that the specific selling price is not the relevant measure.
