CS:GO maps load very slowly.

Hello, I've recently bought CS:GO to play with friends but I've noticed that the map loading screen is extremely slow. 2 days ago I've gotten a 7d bay for not connecting in time (bad way to do it Valve) and I am still waiting for it to end, but in the meantime I want to ask to see if I can get any help regarding this.

Stuff I've tried:
- verifying game integrity.
- the limit your FPS trick, I don't even reach 60 FPS and all the blur loading screens are very quick.
- settings are very low.
- game is running with high priority.
- i have defragged my laptop and I am currently doing it again.
- I clean the PC very often, once every 3 days or less.
- speedtest shows my internet speed is sometimes around 5MB and goes up to 18MB.

I beg you to not post suggestions like "get a new PC" because yes, that is one of my goals already.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
Windows 7.

Drivers are updated.

My hardrive always has around 10-20 gigs of free space on it.

Install cs:go on ur SSD drive, i did and im 98% of the time the first of anyone ingame.

And where is your GPU ? How can you play anything on that intel crappy thing

In my opinion they should even shorten the warmup time on competitive because 5 mins is too long and its already 2018 so I guess everyone owns a computer that runs csgo

Don’t play competitive if this is happening regularly, your wasting 5 minutes of 9 others’ time.

My laptop loads maps within 10 seconds.

Sometimes it gets in time with like 3 mins remaining sometimes it literally almost loads before starting the match but it still doesn't get in time.

My computer does run CS:GO well with playable framerates, it's just the loading time that ♥♥♥♥♥ it up.

Do you think moving Steam to a whole new partition for itself could help?
