CS GO give all command?

In my redline server I have been setting up a config so that I can easily play with friends. I was wondering if there was any type of command that would give every player on the server (including bots) a weapon, armor, etc. What I'm trying to do is give everyone on the server armor AND HELMET, as "mp_free_armor 1" gives armor to everyone, but searching for a little while I have not been able to find a way to give helmets. ( I don't want m4a4 and m4a1-s to one shot headshot).
P.S. First time using steam forums so I apologize if this is in the wrong section or whatever else there is to worry about lol.
