Yeah no I know don't worry. It just really confused because the Bully Hunter video had something immitating that and it didn't look right. Still I had to ask so I don't jump to conclusions

It's open text chat, you press Y then type the message

Everyone on the server can see it
(If you press U you instead put team chat so only your teammates can see what you type)

The bullyhunters video was staged af, the "bullied" girl was a bully hunter herself, and it was doomed to fail as you go "I am bullied so pl0x someone join the game and rekt enemy that bullies me hur hur" and let' not forget that the bully they met wa also scripted :P
