i5 4460,GTX 960 8GB ram problem

Hello i watched videos with this setup of someone playing cs go at ultra settings, and i on the same settings can have more than 120 fps, what the ♥♥♥♥ is going on? I have max settings in nvidia,no dvr everything fine in settings , even power settings are at performance, whats going on with this game?

where did you buy that 960? there are alot of chinese "gtx 960" on ebay that arent real gtx 960s, they register themselves as such but they are slower cards and perform worse

What is your psu? Also check out nvidia control panel, experience and afterburner configurations.
