Wish valve would make option to increase footsteps/gun volume so you could make your own perfect mix. Impossible to play with any background noise in your house or with music if you actually wanna hear footsteps.
No your gonna have to change the settings to see what sounds better lol
check windows levels, change in game levels etc. a number of things could be the reason. just a case of trial and error.
Turn up your in game sounds then and test it out in dm ?
