Console Binds Not working? Need to know why.

Ok, so I tried to use console commands, I used autoexec and all that stuff, I watched a video on helpful binds, which I ccopy and pasted from, and I also wathced a video on how to do the autoexec, but it still doesn't work.
Other things to know: I did this in my launch options, +exec autoexec.cfg

Read this guide, you will find the error (you forgot to use the bind command before your "default binds"):
