High ping in Chile and Peru server Using Claro 140ms, alto ping usando internet Claro en servers latino, fix servers in southamerica pls

vivo en chile, tengo internet Claro y me da 120-140ms + Packet loss después de la actualización 2018.02.08, esta siendo muy injugable, incluso vi que la gente de Peru con internet Claro tiene el mismo problema, el comnado net_client_steamdatagram_enable_override 1 o en -1 no funciona, reiniciando o desconectando el cable del router igual no funciona, antiguas soluciones han sido eliminadas del csgo, eso ya es problemas del servidor con la compañia, si por favor pueden ayudar a resolver este problema y mejorar la conexion tambien en otros paises latinos como Colombia, Ecuador o Venezuela con los servers de ambos paises, gracias.

los callcenters dicen que es problema del servidor y nada se puede hacer, solo los que lo manipulan pueden.

I live in Chile, i got Internet Network called Claro and im getting 120ms or 140ms ping, is litteraly unplayable, including packet of loss after this date update 2018.02.08, even if im not from Peru, that people also have Claro and i saw report in forum that they have very high ping too, also the command net_client_steamdatagram_enable_override 1 or -1 is not working as it used to be do, restarting the router or disconnecting ethernet cable or wifi also is not working, it was a fix before the update but not anymore, this is a problem from the server, if you please can fix this issue, because the high ping is terrible, even, if you can fix the connection with the next countries also like Ecuador, Colombia adn Venezuela having 120 ping also in the same server, they have to play in United States with 100 ping, hope you can fix it.

even callcenters in Claro says the problem is from the server, only people that host servers can fix it.

Tengo el mismo problema con claro en chile con los servidores oficiales de Valve solamente, en los comunitarios y en otros juegos con servera hosteados en mi país tengo el ping regular 15 ms pero en los servidores de Valve de mi país tengo 120 ms ya sea en Cs:go o en l4d2 por ejemplo también

Brazilian here, I also use Vivo as an internet provider and I have the same problem, high ping on several servers, I'm constantly allocated on some server outside of my country.
I have already pinged the settings and already tested my internet, my ping is ok for other places.

Me pasa exactamente lo mismo! Yo antes usaba ese comando: net_client_steamdatagram_enable_override 1 para bajar el ping, mi internet es Claro y me iba bien hasta despues de esta actualizacion que no me permitia tener un ping bajo soy de Peru. Responde si encontraste la solucion pls

Yo soy de Peru pero segun lo que me dijeron en servicio al cliente de claro era por que te dan una ip privada para navegar y todo lo demas para poder jugar con un buen ping me dijeron que se tenia que contratar una ip publica lo cual eran S/.20 mas es creo que 6 dolares americanos o si no que aumentara la velocidad a mas de 30 mb porque a partir de 30 mb para arriba te daban la ip pública automaticamente sin costo alguno solo tenias que decirle que querias usar la ip pública

Yo tenia una IP publica estatica de CLARO y no TIENE EFECTO ALGUNO, ni tener internet corporativo de claro por que igual sus servidores estan en Mexico, la informacion tiene que ir hasta Mexico y volver a Peru o Chile. LA UNICA SOLUCION MIS AMIGOS ES CANCELAR SU SERVICIO CON CLARO e irse con otra compañia. En Peru la mejor opcion es WIN de Optical Networks (5 de ping) (aunque solo esta disponible en ciertos condominios), o sino MOVISTAR que te da un ping jugable de 30 o 40.
