When I unplug and replug headphones there no sound

So my mic wasn't working and I unplugged my headset and plugged it back in and there was no sound. Not sure how to fix it but it's really annoying.

Same thing happens with me. Idk what causes the problem, but I have to restart my game everytime.

Same here but i found something that fixed it for me.

I Went to SETTINGS>>AUDIO>>Audio Output Configuration and switched it to something else(if there's only one thing in that list for you i think i'll not be able to help you). at this point my audio was already working again so I just played a match (and this is probably not necessary) and after that i changed it back to what it originally was because i felt like it.

I know this is kind of an old post but maybe someone who still hasn't figured it out yet and is just scrolling through their google results will see this

i fixed the problem it will work for yall aswell i swear just unplug ur headset and open ur window and throw it out then go outside take a stone and just smash ur pc. leme know if it works for you aswell

Not working anymore, need to quit the game plug it back and rejoin.

Just apply to your bank for a refund of the game and put a complaint in with consumer affairs I got my money back

If anyone still have this issue,
Open options, audio settings.

You should see a dropbox with option "Stereo Headphones", "Stereo Speakers", etc. Change it to another option and change it back.
