lg g3 wifi / bluetooth won't turn on.

Bought this phone from a friend cheap but it has a problem with wifi and bt. could also have a problem with calls but i don't have a sim card handy to test it out. Any help?

Check phone info and check if it matches the box and back off the phone. I bought a d855 g3 but the phone had a ls990 motherboard so the phone didnt have wifi / bt / calls when I upgraded using d855 firmware

1. check the signal if you can connect to any wifi
-if doesnt connect try again
-if still doesnt, try to make a hotspot wifi
*if has hotspot = try to clean it off or replace it
*if doesn't = your wifi is broken

2. same as bluetooth
try to open up on other devices
-if it connects, then good
-if still cant be seen try this
Reformat your cellphone
and try it again

if all is broken your friend sold you a busted phone

this phone did at one point work perfectly fine, but since it got this problem my bro decided to sell it.. i can't get any updates because it can't turn on wifi.

factory reset didn't help. wifi router works fine. phone itself cannot turn on wifi. it keeps flashing like it is connecting but to no anvil. been doing that for 6 hours now.
