If CS:Go is 17+ then why does valve allow us (13-16 yrs old ) to buy it .
According to the ESRB site csgo is 17+ so I was worring if it is ileagal for 13-16 yrs old to play the game .so can some one answer the question.

That is just for the purpose of warning of violent content.No one really give a ♥♥♥♥ about that.

Because it's there just to protect themselves from getting sued. They put the warning that it's 17+ or whatever, so whoever plays under that age and their parents find out and try to sue valve for letting them buy it, they can't , cos there's a warning.

Because its the net.And unless valve put a fck ton of money into reaching and searching everyones ip then they have no choice but to beleived whatever age we put on our steam profile.

No one really listen to the ESRB these days since youngsters will play anything they want. Heck even I was a kid I don't really care about it. I played most of the matured content games like Far Cry and now I'm a bit older.

Well there are some steam games that put an age restriction after seeing the game on store. CS:GO wasn't really a bad influence among youngsters, it's the people who often use profanity. Vulgar words in fact. That's why it's matured content.
