5 @400, if it's any lower I can't watch more than 2 angles at once.
I used to play at appr 3600 edpi, and while it was comfortable and "easy" i never felt that i had great aim especially compared to other Suprims or Globals
After a 5 year break from csgo, i came back 3 months ago and decided to re-learn it with much lower sensitivity. Currently at 1,000 edpi, got myself a big mousepad, there is more hand movement, not just wrist but also elbow, and feels extremely uncomfortable at first - but trust me, i can see myself getting better with every hour i play/practice, now getting accurate flicks more reliably and more accurate sprays and distance headshots
If you're fine with the sens you're playing, the sens is fine. If you're stuck on a level and can't rank up anymore, change it up. But this isn't exclusive to sensitivity - you can try changing everything about yourself up, because ultimately the mix of all your aspects redeem your value in the game.
So you should get something like 2.3
