Cl_disablehtmlmotd 1
This disabled Ads but some servers don’t accept this and kick you until you turn it off.
-noaafonts -cl_forcepreload 1 +fps_max 0 -high
then try out different mat_queue_modes in the console and see if it increases.

You could also try disable your hyperthreading, for me using an i7 it boosted my fps by like 150 in average.
What does hyperthreading mean and how do I disable it?
You can disable it from your bios settings, restart your computer and read the instruction to enter it in the logotype in the boot (most often on DEL key)
Hyperthreading is to enable your cores to work more together with each other (all games doesnt support it) and that's why most gaming computers only use i5, which dont support this feature, hyperthreading works best in the newest released games and heavy rendering programs, such as Sony Vegas, Photoshop, Multi-tasking many programs at a time. If you feel like you could live without this, you could turn it off, otherwise leave it on.
If it was unclear, csgo doesnt support hyperhreading very well, which will makes your processor to use more time to calculate the parameters ingame which will result in a drop in fps.

Does it always run at 60FPS or only on, for instance, a 12v12 private bot match on Canals with smokes going off everywhere?
Now I'm getting 150-220 fps in deathmatches and casual and about 300 in 1v1's (havent played 5v5 yet).
I just changed my resolution to 4:3 1024:768 and that did the job also I fixed my fps drops with a solution I found in the internet. Do you think this is the optimal I can get with (as described before,) an HP OMEN gaming laptop?
