So trading is still alive, it just got something added onto it because god knows why.
EDIT: Misread the entire patch. So basically, they're encouraging you to trade for items you know you're going to keep, and not what you're trying to profit.
Sounds fine to me.
cashing out all my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ skins
TF2 doesn't have it right now. It's probably just CS:GO. TF2 recently had a matchmaking update that ironically is still not working as well.
(they also fixed autobalance which is BS)
also i think it's dead because yeah, to profit anything you'll have to wait a week, think about it
have you seen those "nothing to a knife" videos where they get a case or something and trade it up and up till the get a knife? yeah, that would take like 700x more time, considering it's 100 trades per day, and didn't the knife take the dude a year to get? that means it will take 700 years to profit about as much as a year took to profit in the past. That's why I'm saying cs:go trading is dead, trading for profit is dead. Now the only way to get skins is to actually pay the full price for them which completely sucks. Also I guess it will slow down gambling bots a LOT.
