How do people get the red or black service medal? Cheats?

First off, I've seen people with Red & Black. How tf is this possible? Lmao what cheats do they use or boosting services or whatever? Also, how can you get at least the pink one? I will only get my 2019 Service Medal on Jan 1, but still, how do I get 4 more? Thats one every 3 months! 13 Weeks per Service Medal! How many hours (minimum) would you even have to play per week to reliably get pink? Also how tf do people realistically get Red+?

Probably have multiple people play on the same account from different countries, pretty much like outsourcing to maintain 24/7 playtime

You can get 11'200 XP before the reduction sets in (per week). If you collect that for 52 weeks you get 582'400 XP. If you collect 17'600 XP more per year (so 340 Approx per week extra after reduction). That means 600K XP/Year, plus technically 200K XP If you are level40 on January 1 (200K per service medal), which adds up to 800K XP which is only 4 Service medals which means it is impossible to get above the Purple Service Medal (4th Tier), for a realistically active player, unless that player plays well into the XP reduction each week, and actively collects Operation XP (which is not alot).

How, Valve has auto-bans for account sharing (it happened to my friends and I a few times), so that method does not work. Pretty much everyone can't play well into XP reduction (not enough time), and operations get nowhere near 200K.

So, what cheats do people use to get Red & Black? Even Pink maybe, but pink can still be possible if you have no life. Still, how TF do people get pink, red, or black?
