Stuck in Nova 2/3 and unable to get out of nova.

So, i have been stuck in nova for a few months now and rn, i am as close to getting out as i have ever been. but i top frag every game, have mastered spray patterns on multiple guns, almost all of my kills are headshots with the AK and M4. but it just seems that i win 7 then lose 2 and derank. but i am on a 5 win then a loss then a 3 win streak rn. help me get our of nova as my friends dont even want to play with me now as they are all MG/MG2. :(

MM ranks are a joke anyways. The cheaters push everyone down off of their real rank, and a lot of players don't really know how to play the game. If you want to improve, play esea or faceit. Way less cheaters, and after a few weeks of playing against better competition, you'll dumpster the kids in nova.

The real question is why do you care? Its just public matches with a useless ranking. Most of the people with mid/high ranking including myself and many friends are either. a) lucky b) Playing with 4 friends or c) cheating.

I have a few globals on my friendlist and most of them cheated in cs all the way back to CS 1.3... some of them have even been banned in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tournements, but never Vac banned.... My point here is. Why not just have fun with yoru public matches and disregard the ranking? some of the people that start in low ranks will never reach high ranks due to randomness with players and other stuff such as cheaters, griefers etc. If you want to test your real skill you have to play with a team and go lan events and that has nothing to do with silly public matches.
