CS GO-AMD R5 M330 VERY LOW FPS
CPU: AMD A8-7410
GPU: AMD RADEON R5 M330 2GB
RAM: 6GB

I 'm playing cs go on my laptop with these specs and am getting 70 fps max but a lot of times i have massive fps drops around 10 fps which makes the game unplayable.. Is this normal with my specs? Video settings are all on the minimum.. even the resolution is 840x480..

*Also there is sth wrong with my drivers when I installed them it makes my laptop laggy and some times it doesnt recognise my gpu at all.

probably a driver issue cause that should be good enough to run CSGO without those drops, use display driver uninstaller to completely uninstall your GPU drivers and clean install the latest ones

you cant expect much from a low-end dedicated laptop graphics card. It's probably not a fixable issue, you just need to upgrade your gpu.

considering only 4 months ago I was able to achieve a consistent 80-100fps on an i3-3120m (2 cores, 2 threads, 2.5GHz) with an intel HD 4000 iGPU (which is very weak), it's hard to believe that it's his hardware at fault.
