what is csgo account sharing?

you share it with your friends , but i think its not allowed. means that they have your login datas and play with your account. thats the "natural" account sharing.
With steam you they can also play with the familie and friends options , its like you lend them the game to try it out .

Edit: not 100% sure if its what you asked for , but thats what i would call "account sharing"

Last time i checked family shared accounts, you could play the casual game mode, but you cant play competetive and your not elgible for drops. But op's question is ambiguous.

I wouldnt trust my family members not to cheat, let alone a friend, so it really is a bad idea no matter how it is done.
But there are alot of people who use family shared accounts for privacy reasons.

There's no csgo account sharing... you can "share" only the steam account (login username and password).
