Ryzen 5 1600, Gtx 1060 and 16 gbs of ram. CSGO severely underperforming.

Specs as the title states.

What i've tried already:
- Fresh reset
- Updated drivers
- Troubleshooted PC, power supply isn't the issue.
- Nvidia 3d settings optimized
- Power settings set for best performance

Not much to say honestly, i should be getting an average of 300 fps however i sit in the region of 100-200. Pretty insane performance for a pc with such specs. I've done so many tweaks in an attempt to fix this performance plaguing issue as frame drops makes the game jittery on my 144hz monitor. No, do NOT think its comfortable to play with frames in the ranges of 100-200 when a custom built pc should be easily producing constant 300 frames.

Any smart kind hearted individuals able to assist me with this?

My current version of windows isn't even an activated one lul, not sure if i'll have a fresh copy of windows ready if i were to reinstall it completely. Previous bought version's code is lost :c

same with i5 4460 and 1060 60-70 fps average on all low sadly gpu stays at 10-20% while cpu 80-85% and fps does not change with graphics settings.

CPU affects CSGO more than GPU so GPU change wont have much affect on that Try overclocking ur cpu !

unpluged my gpu and placed it back, no difference. CPU is definitely installed properly along with the ram so connections shouldn't be an issue
