Looking for a bunch of serious CSGO players (South East Asia Region).

Looking for some players who takes CSGO more seriously than usual. I have many bad experience in solo queing for match-making. In a day alone, I team up with people who does not speak english, does not communicate, does not buy guns for teammates when they have the money, and being quite toxic. In one match, they kicked my though I was top fragging cos I failed to secure one particular round, causing me to derank to GN1. I just feel people around GN1 dont take this game seriously, they play for fun, but I wanna rank up (yes my skills may not be very good, but i just want the teamwork).

So, do add me as I am hoping to at best team up with 4-5 people to go into a comp match, people who communicates, call out enemy positions, buy guns for each other and so on.
