Video Settings keep resetting.

Guys I got a unique problem, previously I used to play csgo in my mac, there once I chose my desired csgo video.settings they remained like that without changing, now I recently shifted to a good pc build(its a budget gaming pc, cost me about $1200). Now the problem is everytime I restart csgo, it changes my video settings to all high(which I figure out is the default), now even though my rig can give about 300-350fps constant in all high, I am accustomed to all low settings , so how do I stop my video settings from being reset, its getting annoying as everytime I gotta reset my video settings. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

P.S Already my video and config files are NOT READ ONLY, but they are not helping.

Does it reset immediately after starting the game or after you use your autoexec config? (if you use any)

Have you reinstalled the game?
