getting 30-60 fps in low setting on 950m nvidia geforce gtx..plz tell me fix?
getting only 30-40 fps while charging and without charging its 70-80 in low settings game csgo laptop specs: HP Envy 15-AE009TX 15.6-inch Laptop (Core i7 5500U/16GB/2TB/Windows 8.1, 64-Bit/4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M Graphics) plz suggest me fix?


previously i used to get 180+ fps but now only 30-60 max.. and it varies a lot.

it's your cpu
cpu? there is no over heating though.. can u be more brief? ty :D

I had 2 core 2,8 ghz with it I had on low settings 30 - 70 fps with geforce 560, changed to q9400 cpu(4 core 2.66ghz), then I could play on high settings 130 - 180 fps (1080p)

Also check if your laptop energy mode is on the fastest option. High performance? I forgot what it's called exactly. And put fps_max 0 in your config.

yes i do.. even in launch option and in battery setting too.. its on high priority

This is probably too late, but CLEAN YOUR CPU FAN. If you used to have good performance this is very likely to be the reason! Also make sure your laptop vent aren't blocked when it's sitting on a table.
maybe your laptop is old try to go to a specialist and pay him to clean the components

it was actually motherboard getting replaced with older and used one while repairing it. now i have new laptop asus strix III
