Just try Removing some of the friend requests you send then see

if you have open invites remove those and you can invite someone again.

it now depends on your steam level how many people you can add a day.

this is completly unfair i run a rust server and trying to add allmy players over 50 and i cant add more than 30 its completly blocked me why would steam block being social how silly is this........and i cant find any live support a place to submit a ticket what the hell happened to their customer service?

Because bad people abused the feature. Features gets restricted or removed when people with fraudelent intensions abuses them

I think you can invite 30 a week if you do more you are out of luck.

So waiting for a week didn't work and I have a error mode of sending friend invites.

Be careful, Im not saying you are one but scammers tend to spam people to add them because of friend limitation
