Is there a difference between the genuine pin and the pin available at the market? In the game?

Genuine pins are physical pins that you own and have in game. You can get them online and at majors whilst the in game ones are well, just in game.

Yes, the genuine pin can't be traded nor can it be sold

There’s not really a difference besides the pin saying genuine beside it.

Not that it really matters

What do you mean by physical pins? They show in your inventory with a green outline

Valve sells these pins. Like you can buy them and get an actual physical pin irl

these pins come with a code, said code will give you a genuine pin in-game.

Don’t you have a actual pin if it’s genuine?
That’s how you get the code for it right?

(I don’t know how to explain it)
