0.03 USD Skins unsellable?
I got many 0.03 skins and cases that wont sell on the market. What do I do with them?

I am open to trades.

Since it hasn't been answered yet, the reason is because they aren't actually worth 3 cents. 3 cents is just the lowest that can be displayed for anybody living in a country using USD. If you lived in a place like Russia, Japan, or Vietnam with very small currency denominations, you'd be able to see the true listing prices of these. So the only way these kinds of things sell is if somebody tries buying it in USD (for 3 cents) and the purchase defaults to you because yours is the item that has been on the market for the longest at that price or below. So it will probably take many months.

You can try trading them in bulk, but especially with the trade hold nowadays it's probably more work than it's worth. Cases sell for around 800 per key, and 3c drop skins tend to sell at around 300-400 per key. Using the in-game trade-up contract is a waste of money with a couple exceptions, and definitely so with these kinds of skins
