Red outline near my crosshair

I want play 4:3 1280:960.But when I change my resolution at 1280:960 near my crosshair I have red outline.My monitor 1600:900 but when I change at 1280:1024 I dont have this outline.How can I fix this.I connect Pc to monitor by vga and I already buy new vga cable and this problem doesnt fix.

It's likely a display issue with your resolution. Choose a more compatible resolution or live with the red outline.

I had the same problem, helped reduce the sharpness of the monitor.

Its easy to fix this problem by connect your monitor by hdmi or dvi

That was a problem with my display connection. I connect my display with vga and when I change it to hdmi the problem is gone

I have exactly problem and used display port hdmi and did not change, even the same for. Someone urgently help
