Extremely LOW FPS with AMD R7 370 4GB
2 weeks ago, I was playing CS:GO with the same setup at roughly 200 - 250 fps, with it never going below 150. Now I've reinstalled all my steam games, and CS:GO now runs at roughly 30 - 60 fps (no more than that) with the same setup - all settings are on lowest, resolution 1280x960.
My pc setup is:
I5 3330
AMD Radeon R7 370 4GB
8 GB RAM
Windows 8.1

Please help me resolve this issue
Also, it is not only CS:GO that started doing this. Dota 2 used to run at a solid 60 FPS never dropping on high graphics 1920x1080, and now its running on the same settings and getting roughly 25 fps.

Check my profile for the Tweaking Guide there, it might help you increase your FPS.

Your drivers are outdated/broken? How's your temperatures when you play? Xbox dvr/other game captures are off? What's using your system resources when you play? Is your cpu/gpu at 100% when the game is on?

My gpu / cpu are far from 100%, i updated all my drivers today, temperatures are normal, theres barely any background programs ever turned on when im playing.

Is any of your hardware overclocked? Have you tried some actual benchmarks to see if your system is actually slower than other builds with the same parts?

Then i'm not sure how to help you mate. You can try to update/downgrade your drivers or windows version and see if that fixes it. Fresh install might also do the trick. If that doesn't help, you can also try cleaning up your system (as in removing dust from your components). If you have friends whom are good with computers, they might be able to locate the problem in person.
