What game mode gives you the most and fastest XP?

Hi im currently Level 17 and Im trying to rank up to Level 21 for prime. But I’m not sure which game mode I should play for XP. I’ve been playing competitive the most, and I barely get any XP; also goes along with casual.

Competitive and Wingman but you get throttled down the more you play. So if you're not getting any XP wait until next week and you'll get the boost back and normal XP again

None. The time it takes to finish a competitive match evens out the chunk of XP you're receiving for it. So in the end, it doesn't really matter which game mode you play to use up your weekly XP pool.
