Just saw a bomb plant cheat script
he set the bomb and it went of in half the time for a normal detonate. everyone on CT rotating to it was "wtf?" ...

so many cheats, cheaters in csgo. it's a bummer.

Are you talking about this particular hack? (Somewhere around 2:24 min)

P.S. It's much less than "half the time." ;)

wow
no it was longer than 1 second but very short and obvious, so i guess they can just script in any time amount on the detonate... it's just garbage that Valve's anti-cheat can't auto detect such on the serverside. good old Delayed VAC. what a joke; and that's No Myth.

FAIL VALVE. i just play for fun and trade, anyone trying to rank up in this cheatfest is totally wasting their time.

I'm sure it does (and gets also automatically forwarded to Overwatch), but as you said, VAC bans are delayed, and even Overwatch's game bans take enough time to allow the hacker scum to waste other players' precious time with such matches.

i've surrendered to online cheaters, like Valve has. they won. but it's still a fun game to watch the pros play...

i used do overwatch, but it got boring because everytime I watched the suspect it was cheating. mostly walling.

that one is a quick defuse not quick plant / expload.

Reading ftw. :steamfacepalm: The video's description clearly states that this hack is used for both, plant and defuse, even though this particular OW case only shows the latter.

Honestly thank you (and all OWers) for your noble service/time, but unfortunately OW is not the answer to cheaters in csgo and your time was indeed totally wasted, add yet another win for cheaters and cheat devs in csgo.

And on that note, i'm starting to appear “negative and nonconstructive” the mods on here have me on permanent-ban-next-time watch.... so I'm out of this thread.

On the internet if you have any passion for anything, just forget about it. You are wasting your time in an abyss.

I know, but it's fun doing it. ;) Have been for several years now.

What I meant was that people are wasting their time in matches against cheaters, not that doing OW was a waste of time, because I don't think it is. It's an additional mechanic to lower the rate of cheaters. The fact that the current mechanics are not enough and that the amount of cheaters has skyrocketed for the past one and half years is a different story for a different thread (of which there are many already, but none of them will ever reach beyond Valve's wallet).
