4 Cases = 1 Key scam
This a new scam that became popular recently. It's about a site offering a key for 4 cases of yours. Let's see how it work.

Once in a while you'll get a comment saying "Trade Your CS:GO Cases For Keys! (Rate 4 Cases for 1 key)" and a link following it. Once you pressed the link, you'll be brought to a page with a big green button saying "Sign in through STEAM", just like how a normal trading site work.

But once you signed in, a bot will now have temporary access to your steam account. Using this opportunity, the bot will leave the comment you saw on the profile of some of your friends. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/399079952018046976/404250108096413706/image.png

But everything you see is "Send Offer" on the site. Just like every human being, you'll press the button, add 4 cases of yours, and put 1 key of his.

After you sent the offer, the bot will quickly cancel the request as you, and send another trade as you. The bot will add a few of your worthy skins into the trade, which will result in a scam.

Regarding the links themselves. You don't have to worry as long as you aren't sub enough to click on random links.
From what I gathered they're spread from the infected to all their friends profile comments. So just because a person sent it. Doesn't mean they're the one behind it, they were just dumb enough to click the link.
Thank you, I'll keep that into account.

When you press the sign in button it opens fake steam login website and you need to put username and password there to be hacked

Deauthorize all other devices:
https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your Steam password. Make sure email and phone are still the same in Steam.

And it always goes back to that old saying. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Honestly it's really a bad attempt to scam anyone like every other scam because why would anyone give u a key for just few cents

Isn’t this just common sense though?

No degree, but, if you already think that 4case=1key is real you will click trough everything without thinking about it. "Steam user/pass/code? no problem i know that login window, here, oh send offer? ok, *click". And the items are gone.
