Low FPS with 750 ti
I have a AMD FX 6300 and GTX 750 ti 8Gb ram

Im getting 55 - 94 FPS.
No matter what I do (lower resolution grapchs) the FPS stay the same
It makes no sense
Can someone Help me ??

Thers a setting called multi core rendering it will have a big impact on your preformens if its disabled. CS:GO is a heavily CPU based game so make sure that you have that enabled.

Sorry but I didnt get it

I´m lowering all graphics features without any substancial FPS change, How is it possible ?
I just watched on youtube people with the same specs getting 140 FPS

750ti is fine for 200fps at 720p low-med settings if your cpu has fast enough single thread performance. A 6300FX doesnt have enough performance to really get you above a sustained 90fps, its worse for esports games like CS that a €40 celeron

FX6300 single core vantagemark=1400
Cheapest, slowest i3 vantagemark=2300

CS only uses 2 threads, the other 4 cores on your cpu do nothing and the 2 that are scheduled are too slow to get the fps you want. If this was 2 years ago you would get much higher fps but the source engine has been updated and got slower

Interesting... thnaks
So if I update m CPU will I get better results ?
What CPU do u suggest

Anything from 6th Gen Intel i5 and i7+, or Ryzen 5+

The thing you were unfortunately encountering was a CPU bottleneck for CSGO. Many people believe that the GPU is the most important thing and the only thing that can slow a PC, whwn reality shows that isnt always the case.

I do recommend researching the CPU's that will do well for CSGO but within your budget. You will need to buy new CPU, RAM and Motherboard. Upgrading your CPU will improve performance, but your GPU will now hold it back by quite a bit, so you may also want to look at a full system build as that is often cheaper in the long run

That is flat out wrong, CSGO uses at least 4 threads. I can see Csgo consistently using about 90% of all 4 threads in my i5 6600K and also Linus tech tips proved that going from a 2 core/2thread CPU to a 4 core/4thread CPU got significantly better FPS. That 4 core CPU even had a lower clockspeed than the 2 core yet it got much better FPS.

here's my specs:

ryzen 3 2200g 4 cores 4 threads 3.7ghz boost clock
rx 580 8gb
2x4 GB 3200mhz ram

no matter what resolution or graphics settings i use, my fps is pretty much the same, easily achieve 250++ fps and dips to 100++ (never dropped to under 100)

i suppose my cpu is weaker than yours? it's only an entry level cpu afterall

instala los ultimos drivers, limpia la pc.
Try forcing your GPU to work harder but not by much.. You can do this by increasing the resolution or by cranking up the graphics settings..

Reason, lower resolutions makes your GPU clock down and will sometimes not use all of its VRAM (In some games) in which the CPU bottleneck will be noticeable due to the fact that game graphics vary by what happens on the screen and what needs to be calculated in real time, thus the GPU rendering power will go up and down more often resulting in a lower FPS in general.. By increasing the GPU workload, you are simply introducing a new bottleneck that supersedes the CPU bottleneck by which the GPU will always use its muscle at 100% (or 99%.. doesn't matter).. Note that the CPU bottleneck will always be there but the result is that, you will have an almost consistent or higher FPS in which what the GPU can actually handle..

Finding a good balance between the two is crucial especially when you have an underpowered CPU.. I myself have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ CPU and get higher, more consistent FPS in higher resolutions than lower ones.. Consistency is key..
