CSGO ranks are not about winning or losing. It's about performing and not performing.
Wrong cs:go is using an elo system thats why you sometimes rank up on a draw(enemy had higher elo with his team) and sometimes derank on it (you had higher elo and were supposed to win)
If you derank on a win you most likely oversaw a message of someone getting banned and games removed.
Also if you kicked in round 2 and then start a new game win and derank check on the game you were kicked from maybe you lost 2:16 :-)
It's not about kills for a reason so people actually teamplay insteand of baiting each other for points an update like the way you described it would kill the last attempts of teamplay in matchmaking.
Now go and tell me CSGO uses ELO.
